I've finally done it. Made some sort of food that's of equivalent to bunny's food. Multi-grains rice with chickpeas, chopped baby carrots and oregano leaves + salt for seasoning. I prefer slightly harder rice so this is actually perfect for me and I'm nomming on it as I type. I wanted to add some leftover bacon I found in the freezer except it took too long to thaw so I decided to do without it. Kinda wished I had just a little bit of meat in it though.
Ok to be honest, I don't do healthy food as well as I think I would ): I've been reading up on healthy plant-based diets but omg, they all look like so much work. Even this dish took me about 40 mins because the rice took so long to turn soft. Not gonna give up though, I'm sure I'll be able to strike a balance diet... somehow, someday.
